Allstate agreed to settle claims it wrongly withheld 'nonmaterial depreciation' — things like removal work and contractor overhead — from Arizona structural-damage claims. Class members who were never repaid get 50% of the withheld depreciation plus 10% annual simple interest; those already repaid get a one-time $10–$360 payment.
DEADLINE: January 29, 2027 (online before midnight MST, or postmarked)
PAYOUT: 50% of unpaid withheld nonmaterial depreciation + 10% interest, or $10–$360 if already recovered
WHO QUALIFIES: Allstate property policyholders who made a structural loss claim for Arizona property between April 25, 2017 and Oct 1, 2026 where nonmaterial depreciation was withheld
